A cup of Masala Chai in my hands, a big dollop of fresh morning air to soothe my senses and the light gold rays from the rising sun….
I watch, I breathe, I sip…. and I ‘Be’.
Pondering upon a thought “Isn’t life beautiful!” In these moments of serenity, away from the hustle bustle of the day…. “Isn’t life beautiful!”
And then I wonder, with all of the self generated stress we counter, in spite of the ups and downs we face , despite all our doubts and fears…..
Isn’t life just beautiful!
Some memories to take us into ecstasy, some dreams for the future that get a spark in our eyes….

In the opening of the flower, in the sparkle of the stars “Isn’t life beautiful!”
In the gentle hug of a loved one, a pat on the back by a mentor, a blessing from an elder, a joke sent by a dear friend, the chitter chatter of cousins…. Isn’t life beautiful!
And sometime as we go through our odds, to find the strength within ourselves, to discover the better side of ourselves….. to rise above and stand tall…. “Isn’t life beautiful!”
As I am lost in this wonder, a little bulbul flies into my balcony, hops into the bird bath, freshens up and sings to glory with no inhibitions whatsoever.
And I think to myself “Isn’t life beautiful!”
